From Home page you can Add User \ Manage CSP Subscription:

Or you can Click on Accounts from following path: Home » Service Director » Microsoft CSP » Accounts. Then from Options column select Manage.

2.1 - General settings

Under "General Settings" tab, you can Edit, Sync All with MicroSoft CSP, Sync domains, licenses, policies and roles.

2.2 - Adding Users, assigning roles, Licenses etc.

In order to add Skype for Business Users, Click on Add User as shown below:

Under Settings Assign User roles, select Role and Sign-In status etc.

In Licenses Section, Select location and select licenses.

3 - Creating Shared Mailbox, Assigning Licenses, Properties etc.

Click on Add Mailbox button to add a new Shared Mailbox. Provide User Display Name and User Principal Name.

You can select the Usage Location, assign Licenses for shared mailbox users like Skype for Business Online, Azure AD Basic or Share Point Online etc.

3.1 - Exchange properties on Shared Mailbox

Specify the email alias for Mailbox Language, Time Zone and Manager of Mailbox as show in below:

   3.2 - Skype for Business \ SharePoint Features

   Select the Skype for Business features you would like to have for the Shared Mailbox. It includes

2. External Communications
3. Dial-in Conferencing

    

   Click Save when done.

4 - Creating Resource Mailboxes (Room, Equipment)

Under Resource mailbox tab, select room Mailbox or Equipment mailbox option as shown below:

Provide User Display Name and User Principal Name.In Licenses Section, Select location and select licenses.

Provide Exchange Properties and select other features as required. Click Save when done.

5 - Adding Mail Contacts

You can add Mail contacts by clicking Add Mail Contact and Sync all With Microsoft CSP as shown below:

6 - Adding Groups

Click Add Group button to add a new Group.

Under General settings section provide Group Type. Following types of Group can be added for CSP tenants

2. Dynamic Distribution Groups
3. Mail Enabled Security Groups
4. Security Groups
5. Office365 groups

   Provide Display Name, Email Address, Group Alias, Privacy and Group owner.

7 - Account Information

The Account information can be updated.

1. Bill Info: Provide the detail to which billing information sent to.
2. Company Information: Provide details for a company.
