What is dashboard in Cloud Management Panel?

Customer Dashboard is the main screen which is shown after login into the Control Panel. MachPanel Dashboard shows you the summary of different resources you have utilized in Control Panel. It also provides quick navigation links to manage the subscriptions available in the panel.

• Dashboard provides an overview of the customer’s subscriptions. It shows you the summary of Active, Cancelled and Pending subscriptions.
• Dashboard provides management capabilities for your customer account i.e. view/update contact information and password.
• Dashboard provides ability to create secondary contacts and assign them permissions to use panel based on the access level of your choice. You can assign permissions via access templates, which can be created based on your needs.
• Dashboard provides summary of help-desk module i.e. you can easily navigate to open and closed tickets you have in the control panel. From dashboard you can easily navigate to view all the tickets and create new tickets as well.
• Dashboard provides direct links to view/manage accounts and usage reports i.e. CSP
• Dashboard provides quick management links also available on dashboard to quickly manage an account where you can add user and jump to required interface with a single click.
